This motor plate adds strength and rigidity in combination with reducing weight of the orginial #91795 B6.1 Laydown / Layback aluminum motor mounting plate. Using 4mm 3k Twill Carbon Fiber material we were able to retain the orginal flex characteristics while allowing us to pocket out material for clearance of the slipper assembly.
